Flossie Ellen Mustard, 82, of 818 Emmett Street, died at 1:49 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 1989, at University Hospitals, Iowa City.

Born October 19, 1907, in Des Moines County, she was the daughter of George and Anne Mehaffy Walker. She married Willie Massey August 1, 1925. He died February 6, 1960. She then married Eugene C. Mustard February 2, 1963.

She, was a homemaker and a Protestant.

Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Vivian Schultz and Mary Anna Manning, both of Burlington; three sons, George Massey, Kingston, Missouri, Eugene Massey, Burlington, and Junior Massey, rural Mediapolis; four sisters, Frances Davis, Leveta Burch and Zelma VanEtten, all of Burlington, and Ruth Ashby, Santa Monica, California; three brothers, Delmar Walker, Leaford Walker and Warren Walker, all of Burlington; four stepdaughters; one stepson; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel.

The service for Mrs. Mustard will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Prugh's Chapel with the Reverend Brian Crousore officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
