Connie L. Haley, 70, of Burlington died at 2:49 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2012, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

Born April 17, 1942, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Ralph "Mike" and Rose Marie Mohler Robinson. On July 18, 1964, she married Jack Kenneth Haley in Galesburg, Illinois.

Mrs. Haley worked as a Shaklee distributor and was a homemaker.

She was a member of SS. Mary and Patrick Catholic Church in West Burlington.

She was a NASCAR Club member and NASCAR fan. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren in sports, time with her dogs and working with other people to promote health awareness.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Randy Haley of West Burlington and Reed Haley of Severna Park, Maryland; one daughter, Roxanna Haley of Sterling, Virginia; six grandchildren; three brothers, Dave Robinson of O'Fallon, Missouri, Dean Robinson of West Burlington and Danny Robinson of Burlington; one sister, Betty Brissy of Burlington; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Thielen Funeral Home in Burlington, where family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.

The funeral for Mrs. Haley will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Thielen Funeral Home, with the Reverend Chad Savage officiating. The body will be cremated after the service.

A memorial has been established for her grandchildren's education.
