Mrs. Dorothy Marie Bauman, 60, New London, died at 1:30 p.m. Monday (March 10, 1969), at Mercy hospital following a brief illness.

She was born March 4, 1909, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Roscoe and Marie Hoagie Finger.

Mrs. Bauman married Lawrence A. Bauman, in West Burlington, on June 7, 1933. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church, West Burlington.

Surviving: Her husband; three daughters, Verna Bauman, at home, Barbara Bauman, at home, Mrs. Kenneth Metzger, Mt. Pleasant; and father, Roscoe Finger, Fairfield.

Services Thursday 10 a.m. St. Mary's Catholic church, Father Joseph Pound; St. Mary's Catholic cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Prugh's chapel.
