Cecil Kissinger, 74, one-time Burlington resident, died at High View nursing home at Bartonsville, Illinois. Monday, April 1.

The son of Theodore and Maggie Kissinger, he was born in 1900 at New London.

Mr. Kissinger was a member of the Masonic order and the American Legion. He was a veteran of World War I naval service.

Surviving: three brothers, Delbert and Wiley Kissinger, both of Burlington, and Glenn, Chicago. Funeral: 3 p.m. Friday, Davidson's Chapel at Bartonsville.
