Lester Paul Hussel, 52, of 1725 Dodge, died suddenly this morning at his home while preparing to leave for work. He was an oil distributor for the Yelter Oil Company.

He was born in Kingston, June 15, 1903, the son of Henry and Dosha Ann Miller Hussel. July 18, 1952, he married Mary Eubanks at Wapello.

For many years he had managed the Hussel & Gibbs store at Kingston, and worked at the Iowa Ordnance Plant after military service in World War II.

He was a member of the Kingston Methodist church, the Elks and the Masonic lodge.

Surviving are his wife; a sister, Mrs. Homer James, Burlington; also several aunts and uncles.

His parents are dead.

The body is at Prugh's chapel. Burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
