Loren "Bud" Gulick, 95, of 3075
Sunnyside Ave., died at 6:40 a.m.
Friday, Jan. 20, 1989, at St.
Francis Continuation Care Center.
Born Sept. 8, 1893, in Des
Moines County, he was the son of
Scott and Sarah Arnold Gulick.
He married Vera Oberman July 9,
1913, in Burlington. She died
Nov. 14, 1977.
He was a retired county road
patrolman.
Surviving are three daughters,
Mrs. Ruth Esther Griffel, Kirksville,
Mo., Mrs. Rita Mennen,
Burlington, and Mrs. Joan Pugh,
Davenport; five grandchildren; 12
great-grandchildren; three greatgreat-
grandchildren.
Friends may call at Prugh's
Funeral Chapel until 9 p.m.
Sunday and 'Monday until the
time of services.
The service for Mr. Gulick will
be held in Prugh's Chapel l . p . m.
Monday, Mr. Dean Swenson and
Mr. Hermie Nelson officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park
Cemetery.
A memorial has been established
for St. Francis Continuation
Care Center.
