MEDIAPOLIS - Florence Bloomberg, 85, Mediapolis, died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at her home.

She was born Oct. 3, 1888, in Mediapolis, the daughter of John and Mary Louise Peterson Bloomberg. She was a stenographer and a member of the Immanuel Lutheran church in Mediapolis.

Surviving: One brother, Louis Bloomberg, Mediapolis; one sister, Ethyl Gustafson, Mediapolis.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Immanuel Lutheran church, Rev. John Meyer; Kossuth cemetery.
