Two Died At the County Farm

Melinda Hamner and Charles P Sherry Pass to the Land Where There Are No Poor.

The inmates of the Poor Farm are suffering considerably from dysentery and summer complaint, and the caretakers are finding themselves very busy nursing the sick ones. Two deaths occured there in the past few days.

Melinda Hamner died of inflammation of the bowels Saturday afternoon. The deceased was forty years old and a Pennsylvanian by birth. She has a brother who resides on Ashmund street.
