Mrs. Gus Waldin, of Burlington, died, very suddenly while preparing breakfast. A post mortem examination was made, resulting in an astonishing discovery. The walls of the heart, of the right auricle, were found to be ruptured completely and the blood had escaped into the thoracic cavity. The wonder is that she survived as long after the seizure as she did. The fibrous walls of the organ seemed rent asunder by some tremendous convulsion.
