Alvin Wuellner, 79, of Hardy, Arkansas, a native of Burlington, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday, January 3 (1977), in St. Vincent hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas.

Born here April 2, 1897, he was the son of Fred and Magdalena Wuellner. He married Lera Schulze, September 15, 1919, in Burlington; she died January 25, 1960. He married Zora Cannaday Uffelman, September 1, 1975, in Cherokee Village, Arkansas. He was a self-employed truck body builder.

He was a member of St. Luke United Church of Christ, Burlington, the church brotherhood, charter member of the Cherokee Village Indian Lions club and associate member of the Cherokee Village Methodist church.

Surviving: The wife; two sisters, Mrs. Matilda Walker, Burlington, and Mrs. Mildred Jackson, Mediapolis; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Beverly Wuellner, Burlington, and a number of nephews and nieces. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, St. Luke church, Reverend Ernest Ellmers; Aspen Grove cemetery.
