MRS. NELLIE CROWNOVER

Mrs. Nellie Crownover, 78, of 702 Denmark, died at noon Friday after a long illness. She was born Oct. 8, 1873, at Carthage, Ill., the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Donnelley.

She was married, Nov. 26, 1893. to Thomas Burroughs, who died previously. On Sept. 14, 1927, she was married to the late William Crownover. Mrs. Crownover was a member of the Christian church.

Surviving are a son, Earl Burroughs, Burlington: four daughters, Mrs. Marie Hammond, Kahoka, Mo.; Mrs. Leatha Fouts; Mrs. Edith Ryder, and Mrs. Helen Wasson, all of Burlington; 13 grandchildren and 19 grandchildren. Her husband, parents and one daughter, one son, four sisters, and one brother died previously.

The body is at Giles funeral home where funeral arrangements are pending.
