Vera Dehner
Vera K. Dehner, 1336 S. Starr avenue, died at 1 a.m. Tuesday in Mercy hospital. She was admitted on Monday.

Mrs. Dehner was born Feb. 27, 1890, the daughter of J.C. and Katherine Campbell. On May 5, 1914, she married Henry C. Dehner. She was a member of St. John's Catholic church.

Mrs. Dehner is survived by her husband, five daughters, Mrs. Margaret Huber, Misses Kathryn and Helen Dehner, Burlington; Mrs. Dorothy Gooding, West Point; and Mrs. Madaline King, Texarkana, Ark.; three sons, Richard, Carman, Ill.; Donald, Biggsville, Ill.; and Henry of Burlington; two sisters, Misses Marie and Adel Campbell, Knoxville, Ill.; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday at Giles.
