MRS. UFFELMANN
72 YEARS OLD
PASSES AWAY

Mrs. Anna Katherine Uffelmann, a resident of Burlington for 47 years, died yesterday afternoon at 1:15 o'clock at her residence, 810 Sweeney avenue. She was 72 years old. Funeral services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock from her residence. The body will remain at Prugh's chapel until Monday morning when it will be taken to the residence. Interment will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.

Mrs. Uffelmann, formerly Ann Katherine Yager, was born in Germany, October 24, 1856, and came directly to Burlington from Germany in 1881. She was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical church. She is survived by seven sons, Henry Uffelmann, Carl Uffelmann, Roy Uffelmann, and Chrysta Uffelmann of Burlington; Fred Uffelman of Kansas City, Mo., John Uffelmann, Miles City, Mont., and William Uffelmann of Ft. Madison.

Also survivng are seven grandchildren. Her husband Fred W. Uffelmann preceded her in death November 29, 1927.
