William(Pete)Moser

William A. (Pete) Moser, 63, of 519 Swan, West Burlington, died ar Elm View Care Center at 9:50 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 30.

He was born April 12, 1919, at Kingston to William and Myrtle Nichols Moser, He married Eileen M. Bixeman Aug. 22, 1941, Ft. Madison.

He served in the Navy in World War II; was a member of the Izaak Walton League, Disabled American Veterans and VFW; and had retired as a painter after 30-plus years at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant.

Surviving: The wife; four sons, William A., Jr. West Burlington, Robert, Burlington, and Keith and Kevin, at home; two daughters, Patricia Crowner, Ames, and Linda Schafer, Wapello; three brothers, Harold in Washington and Leslie and Francis(Bud), both of Burlington; and a sister, Edna Mace, Burlington.

Funeral: pending at Prugh's Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
