Frank H. Raines

Frank H. Raines, 72, of 3007 Market, died Monday, June 6, in Burlington Medical Center.
A native of Des Moines county, he worked as a carpenter most of his life. The son of Frank and Anna Venghaus Raines, he was born Jan 3, 1905. He married Reatha V. Dalton.

Surviving: the wife, one son, Floyd, and two daughters, Ella May Sawyer, and Donna Long, all of Burlington; brother, Terry, Burlington; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Burlington Memorial Park mausoleum. Rev. Ernest E. Ellmers; Memorial Park cemetery, body is at Shrine of Peace.
