Clark T. Loper

Clark Thompson Loper, of Mediapolis, died Sept. 29 in Mercy hospital.

Loper was born east of Mediapolis on Feb. 20, 1867, and was one-time school teacher. He lived for many years in Lincoln, Neb.

Loper was married to Katherine Hurley, who died in 1937.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Mrs. F.C. Medals, a teacher at Hastings, Neb., and Mrs. Alice Parker, of Los Angeles, and 2 brothers and sister; Al and Clarence Loper and Mrs. Minnie Gibson, all of Mediapolis.

Last rites will be held at the Fry chapel at Mediapolis, at 2:30 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Kossuth cemetery.
