Catherine WatermanCatherine Marie Waterman, 54, of Stronghurst, Ill., died at 6 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
Born April 2, 1948, near Stronghurst, she was the daughter of Tim and Olive Kissick Waterman.
Miss Waterman was a graduate of Media High School in Media, Ill. She was a lifelong resident of Henderson County and a member of Oquawka Eagles Club in Oquawka, Ill.
Survivors include two sisters, Vivian Eagen of Oquawka and Shirley Berry of New London; six brothers, William Waterman of Farmington, Roy Waterman and Harold Waterman, both of Stronghurst, Sam Waterman of Danville, John Waterman of Tulsa, Okla., and Melvin Waterman of Pine Bluffs, Wyo.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Stronghurst.
The graveside service for Miss Waterman will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Stronghurst Cemetery.
A memorial has been established.
