DR. GEORGE BAILEY LITTLE (Caleb J. T., Nancy, Phebe, Jeremiah, Aquila, Joseph, Maximillian, Edward), was born in Wethersfield, Ill., April 15, 1851. He married May 14, 1874, Esther M. Palmer, who was born March 25, 1854, daughter of Grove N. and Elizabeth Palmer. Dr. Little graduated from Rush Medical College in 1873 and settled in Burlington Iowa. He is a member of the medical staff of St. Francis Hospital; President of the Training School for Nurses of the Burlington Hospital; member of the Iowa State and Des Moines Co. Medical Societies and Eastern Iowa District Medical Association; President of the Des Moines Co. Board of U.S. Pension Examiners; Medical Examiner for the Travelers Insurance Co., the Connecticut Mutual Life Ins. Co., the Bankers Life Association of Des Moines, and the Fidelity Mutual Life Association of Philadelphia.
