SHANE E. ALLAND Manchester, Conn. Shane E. Alland, 47, of Manchester, Conn., and formerly of Marion, passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Oct. 4, at Kula's in Walker, Iowa.
