MASONVILLE
Mrs. James Taylor died Friday evening after a short illness, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Havens, one mile west of town. Mrs. Taylor was one of the pioneer settlors of Buchanan County. She was always ready to lend a helping hand, and her kind disposition won for her hosts of friends. She leaves to mourn her loss, an aged husband and two daughters, Mrs. George Havens and Mrs. Ira Havens.
