Word was received her Friday of the death of Bert Breckon, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Breckon of Earlville. The many friends of the family extend their sympathy to the bereaved father and mother because this is their last child.

Word was received here Friday morning of Bert Breckon, son of L. Breckon and wife of this place. The news came as a shock to everyone but he had been ill but twenty-four hours. The remains arrived here Sunday morning from Evanston, Illinois where he had been attending school.
