EARLVILLE, Iowa - William Michael Rave, infant son of Katie Meyer and Eric Rave, of Earlville, died at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque, where he was born at 8:26 a.m.

Private family viewing will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Reiff Funeral Home, Farley, where services will be at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Dennis Quint officiating.

Surviving are his parents, Katie Meyer and Eric Rave, of Earlville; grandparents, Roger and Debb Meyer, of Dubuque, and Rick and Kathy Rave, of Earlville; great-grandparents, Joyce Brimeyer, of Dubuque, Darlene Meyer, of Bettendorf, Shirley Rave, of Epworth, and William and Joan Lansing, of Worthington.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, William Brimeyer, Raymond Meyer and Gilbert Rave.
