MANCHESTER - Frank B. Bishop, 99, formerly of Earlville, died Sunday, Sept. 28, at Good Neighbor Home, following a short illness.

He was born Oct. 21, 1908, in Almoral, son of Burton and Sabra Carpenter Bishop. He married Pearl Rice on Jan. 28, 1938, at Little Brown Church, Nashua. She died March 19, 1995.

Mr. Bishop was a farmer.

Survived by: two sons, James (Gloria) of Mount Pleasant and David (Denise) of Jesup; a daughter-in-law, Marie (Gerald) Blumhagen of Castalia; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: a son, Herbert; a grandson; a brother, Clarence; and two sisters, Dorothy Atwater-Eckley and Verla Hakanson.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Earlville United Parish, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, Earlville. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Clifton Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Earlville, with a Masonic service.
