Death of Mrs. L. O. Stevens
Mrs. L. O. Stevens, formerly a resident of Delaware county, died at the home of her daughter at Blair, Nebraska, Sunday October 31, 1909, after a lingering illness. Interment will be made at Earlville Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock.
Mrs. Stevens was born in Johnson, Vermont, in March 1831. She leaves to mourn her death one sister, Mrs. R. M. Marvin of this city; two daughters, Laura Kenyon and Sarah Adams; and four sons, Joseph, Thadeus and Philip Stevens, Sarah Adams and Charles and Thadeus are the only children who are to be present at the funeral. Mrs. Stevens is also survived by two half brothers and one-half. Mrs. Stevens was a member of the Congregational church.
