Job Baskerville

Job Baskerville died at his home on the west side last Friday at the age of 83 years. Mr. Baskerville was born in Devonshire, England, and was married in 1849 to Grace Cowell. In 1852 they came to America and settled in Illinois, the next year moving to this county which has since been their home. In England he was a minister and joined the U.B.church upon his arrival to this country. About 15 years ago he retired from the ministry and since he came to this city about five years ago has been a staunch supporter of the U.B.church. The funeral was held from the U.B.church last Sunday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev Smith, pastor, officiating.
