Later they moved to Tucson, Ariz., where Claire died in 1991. He later met his loving wife, Doris Gibson Supple. They lived in Hopkinton and wintered in Tucson at Wagons West Park.

Lee lived by the philosophy, "live each day as if it were your last but plan each day as if you will live forever." He had a sharp wit and great sense of humor. He was proud of his French heritage and spoke the language fluently. Music was his deep passion and he was happy that son Casey and granddaughters Katie and Heidi shared his love of music.

He was grateful the community of Hopkinton showed him so much kindness and friendship and that the friends at Wagons West made his last few years enjoyable. He was greatly loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hopkinton Library, Fire Department and Senior Meal Service.
