Manchester, Ia., Sept 19 - Garry Thorpe, early settler of Delaware county and member of a family long prominent in its affairs, died suddenly at his home in Ada, Minn., Monday evening of a heart attack. He was 86 years of age. The body wil be brought to Manchester for burial in Oakland cemetery. Mr. Thorpe was a bachelor.
