Mrs. Mary Belle Crosier, 83, lifetime resident of Delaware County, died Tuesday at the Fairview nursing home following a long illness. Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 2:30 p.m. in the Gill-Bohnekamp funeral home with the Rev. Donald D. Whitmer of Oelwein officiating. Burial will be made in Oakland cemetery.

She was born Jan. 30, 1883, in Milo township, a daughter of Daniel H. and Laura B. Robb Young. Mrs. Crosier was the widow of Bert C. Crosier whom she married Sept. 28, 1918. She was a member of the Episcopal church and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving is a nephew, Dan Young, of Cincinnati, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Nov. 8, 1939, and one brother.
