Mrs. O. M. Phenicie sustained painful injuries last Wednesday when a small oil stove exploded and threatened to destroy their home. Mrs. Phenicie was alone in the home at the time of the explosion, and in her effort to save the home from being destroyed by fire, she was terribly burned on the arms and face, and has suffered excruciating pain since the accident.
