SOLIDERS MASS CONVENTION – We learn that there is to be a soldier’s mass convention at Manchester, Delaware County, Friday, Sept. 25. For the purpose a forming a soldier’s association, and for the purpose of also detereming what action the soldiers of that country will take in the present political campaign. The call is signed by such prominent soldiers as Col. Van Anda, Col. Peters, and Capt. Noble. Lieut. Bowman, Lieut. Boyington, and in obedience to it we have no doubt a large and respectable convention will be held. The formation of soldiers association is becoming popular in nearly all of the counties in the State, and such organizations may be of great benefit to the soldiers in very many respects.
