Manchester Boy, 4, Boasts Nine Grandparents. MANCHESTER — Little four year-old Bobby Gibbs, son of the Burl Gibbs of this city, discredits the often repeated theory that grandparents 'spoil' their grandchildren. For not only does Bobby have two or four grandparents, but nine of them, all of whom live close enough to get together occasionally, as they did last week for a family picture. The youngster is a favorite of all of them.
