Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned has been duly appointed and qualified as Administrator of the Estate of Catherine Smith, iste of Delaware County deceased. All persons indebted to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment, and those having claims against the same, will present them duly authenticated, to the undersigned for allowances.

Sale to begin at 1:00 o'clock p.m.
Horses, Cows, Hogs, Young stock, Corn, Oats, Farm tools, Etc., Etc.,
As follows: 1 span work horses, 1 brood mare, 1 yearling colt, 9 milk cows, 7 two-year-old helfers, 19 shotes, 1 stirring plow, nearly new, 1 Scotch Harrow, 1 lumber wagon, 1 riding corn plow, 1 set double harness, 200 bushels of corn, 100 bushels of oats, 1 cook stove, and some other articles.
Terms; all sums of $10.00 and under cash, on all over $10.00, one year's time will be given on approved notes bearing 8 per cent, interest. Two per cent discount for cash.
