James Cross, who conducts the pool and billiard hall of this place, has on exhibition a rock he found recently in the sand pit east of town. It looks and is in all respects a perfectly formed petrified kidney. Jim prides the freakish relic with great consideration, which has already given him considerable mirth and jubilation.
