Edna E. Perry Rosson, daughter of Jacob and Myrtle Evans Thomas, was born December 27, 1908, near Cainsville, Missouri, and died January 10, 1992, at the Medical Center of Independence, Missouri at the age of 83 years.

Edna lived in and around Lamoni, Iowa all of her life. She was a member of the Lamoni R.L.D.S. Church. She enjoyed gardening and sewing. Edna loved people.

Edna's survivors include her two daughters: Jenny Perry Wiggs and husband Thomas H. of Clinton, South Carolina and Judy Perry Hampshire and husband Adrian of Independence, Missouri; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Ina Hughes and husband Glen of Kansas City, Missouri and Wilma Verrone of New Bern, North Carolina; other relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 1992, at Rose Hill Cemetery in Lamoni, Iowa, with Bill McElroy officiating. Slade - O'Donnell Funeral Home of Leon and Lamoni was in charge of the service.
