VAN WERT NEWS:

MRS. BOB CRAFT passed away at her home near DeKalb Thanksgiving morning. She had been ill for the past few weeks the result of injuries received when the horse she was driving became frightened and ran away. About a week ago, pneumonia set in which caused her death. Funeral services were held Sunday morning in the M.E. Church, Rev. Bronson preached the service, after which she was laid to her final resting place in the cemetery here. The sorrowing friends and relatives have the deepest sympathy of all in their sad hour of trial.

OBITUARY

FLORENCE REBECCA WILLIAMS CRAFT was born in Delaware County, Iowa, July l7, l860, and died at her home near Van Wert, November 27, l9l9, at the age of 59 years, 4 months and l0 days. When about l8 years of age, she was united in marriage to SAMUEL CARR.
Eleven years later MR. CARR died. To this union two children were born, one dying at birth and FRED, who lived to be nine years old. September 22, l903, she was married to ROBERT CRAFT.

MRS. CRAFT spent her childhood until she was about ten years old in Delaware County, Iowa. Then she lived in Mt. Ayr until after she was married, then moved to Wahoo, Nebr. After the death of her husband, she came to Van Wert. She was converted when about sixteen years old and united with the Mt. Ayr M.E. Church. She was ever found striving to live a faithful and earnest Christian life. She leaves a sister, MRS. HATTIE KENNET, of Pingree, N.D.; three brothers, H.A. WILLIAMS, of Hydro, Okla.; DR. WILLIAMS, of Regina, Mo., and JAMES WILLIAMS, of Spokane, Wash.

A husband and a host of friends remain to mourn her loss. Funeral services were held at the M.E. Church, Van Wert, Iowa, November 30, l9l9, conducted by the Pastor, J.A. Bronson. Interment was in Van Wert Cemetery.
