Coy Madge, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Clay, was born in Leon, Iowa, on the first day of October, 1915, and departed out of this life on Friday, February 4, 1916, being three months and twenty-eight days old. Her short life was one of love. She leaves a father and mother, three sisters and one brother, having one sister, who preceded her to her home, where Jesus has gone to prepare a home not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. The funeral was held in the Saints church conducted by Riley Buchanan at 1:30 Sunday afternoon. A large number were present to pay their respects to the bereaved family in such a trial as this. After the services the little body was borne to the Meek's cemetery, where she was laid to rest to await the final resurrection when her little body will be raised again. May God bless the family so that they may all live to be reunited in that home which Jesus has gone to prepare.
