Obituary ~ Margaret H. "Maggie" (Beaman) McCutchan
April 10, 1862 ~ May 03, 1922

Margaret H. Beaman, daughter of Ezekiel and [Mary Polly] "Pally" Beaman, was born in Clarke County, Iowa, April 10, 1862, and died at her home near Grand River, Iowa, May 3, 1922, aged 60 years and 23 days.

She was united in marriage to Randolph McCutcheon (sic), August 16, 1883, and to this union one son was born: Emmet Dalton. She was the eighth child of a family of ten children.

She leaves three brothers: Carl and William of Hopeville and Noah of Murray; also four sisters: Jane Osiah and Alice Sparks of Shenandoah, Clarinda Shields of Ellston and Louisa Chew of near Grand River. Two sisters, Martha and Isabelle preceded her in death.

[Interment was made at Hopeville Cemetery, Hopeville, Clarke County, Iowa.]
