Mrs. Bert Cornell [Anna Evaline (Bay), who has been quite ill for some time died last Thursday [August 21, 1919] and was buried Friday. Services were conducted at the home by Rev. Jones and interment was made at the Garden Grove cemetery.

NOTE: Anna's gravestone gives her birthday as January 19, 1873. Her death certificate gives a birth date of November 17, 1872, with her age upon death as 46 years 9 months 4 days. Anna and Albert Franklin "Bert" Cornell were married in 1890 with her age given as 17 years on the marriage certificate.
