Fanny Frances Brown was born in Decatur County, Iowa, September 13, 1877, and died April 25, 1909. She was married to Ernest Brown of Leon, on December 5, 1901. To this union five children were born, three of whom are living. Besides her husband, and aged mother, four sisters and six brothers mourn deeply her sudden departure. The Journal extends deepest sympathy.

Funeral services from the home Monday, April 26th, by Rev. Chas. Arthur Coakwell.

[Interment was made at Leon Cemetery.]
