Obituary ~ Helen Marie Kelly

Helen Marie Kelly the only daughter of Albert Guy and Della May Green Kelly was born in Decatur County, Iowa Sept. 26, 1910, and departed this life March 22, 1913, being 2 years, 5 months and 26 days old. She leaves to mourn her loss a father, a mother, 5 brothers, a grandmother, a grandfather, 12 uncles, 14 aunts, and 29 cousins and a great-great grandmother and a host of friends. After a lingering illness of two weeks and four days with catarrahal and pneumonia fever.

The funeral services were held at the home north of Decatur City at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon conducted by Rev. Williams, pastor of the Grand River Christian church, interment being in the Munyon cemetery.

We tender our thanks to all who helped in caring for our beloved daughter and little sister in her sickness and death, in the funeral and iterment (sic) of her body...for the music and flowers. We appreciate all of these favors.
