CHARLES AUGUSTUS HORN was born March 3, l854, in Palestine, Texas, and died May 30, l924, at Chickasha, Oklahoma, aged 70 years, 3 months and 27 days.

He lived in Texas until l896, when he moved to Chickasha, Oklahoma, where he lived until his death. On August 30, l888, he was united in marriage to MAMIE LOU HANSELL. To this union were born seven children, two of whom died in infancy, the surviving children being CHARLES HANSELL HORN, FRANK NOBLE HORN, KATHARIN MARIE HOFFMAN, THOMAS SUGGS HORN and MYRON HAMILTON HORN.

MR. HORN was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Chickasha, Oklahoma, and a member of a number of Fraternal Organizations. He was a friend to everyone, and a man who loved the out-door life. He leaves to mourn his loss, besides his wife and children, eight grandchildren and other relatives, and a host of friends.
