FRANK HERBERT LEEPER, son of the late JOHN W. and LUCINDA (GIBLER) LEEPER, died in St. Louis, Mo., on Monday, March l3th, of pneumonia, following a short illness, at the age of 45 years, 2 months and 6 days. Burial took place in the Leon Cemetery on Friday, March l7th; the Knights of Pythias reading the service at the grave.
