REBECCA MAY FRY, daughter of MR. and MRS. DAVID FRY, was born near Van Wert, Decatur County, November 27, l882, and died at her home in Van Wert March 4, l922, at the age of 39 years, 8 months and 23 days. She was married to WILLIAM E. FRY in l898. To this union were born twelve children, FANNIE M., CLARENCE M., WILLIAM F., EARL B., BELLE R., WALTER E., LELIA M., ORVILLE L., HARVEY D., NOAH I., ROBERT D., and OLIVE LEO, infant twin daughter, preceding her mother to the Heavenly home. The rest of the children are still in the house.

Sister FRY gave her heart to God in l9l6, and has lived a faithful and beautiful Christian life ever since. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother, and during her sickness and intense suffering, she bore it patiently and expressed her desire to be with Jesus and spent her last hours of consciousness in singing, praising and glorifying God. Funeral services were conducted by W.F. Burchett at the Pentecostal Church of Van Wert. She was laid to rest in the Van Wert Cemetery.
