Thursday, February 18, l897There was a pleasant gathering at MR. and MRS. SAMUEL BOWMAN's house last Sunday.
It was the nature of a family reunion, all their children being present. The four younger ones live at home. They are, MAUDE, ETHEL, CLAIRE and DWIGHT. Editor WM. BOWMAN and wife of King city, Mo., DR. FRED BOWMAN and wife of Leon, and MRS. MAGGIE BROWN and husband and son, NEIL, also of Leon, were gathered around the board, completing the family circle.
Such gathering are the pleasant land marks of life. May there be many more of them to this estimable family.
