Dr. Frank Goodson, the well-known veterinary, showed us a decided curiosity last week in the shape of a calf’s head which indeed was a monstrosity. The mother was a Short Horned heifer owned by Samuel Overholtzer, of Franklin Township, and the calf was like other calves except it’s head, the front part of which of instead of being straight resembled very much a human skull. The calf was born dead and Dr. Goodson secured the skull as a trophy.
