________Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Lemley at Last Receive Word
From Harry, Who was Badly Wounded Nov. 5.
________Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Lemley, of this city, were overjoyed last Tuesday morning when they received a card from their son Harry, who was reported severly wounded on Nov 5th, just a few days before the armistice was signed. They had cabled to try and find out in regard to him several weeks ago, but the card was the first news they had from him.
The card was dated Dec. 5th, just a month from the time he was wounded and read: "Dearest Mother and Father: I am in the hospital getting along fine. Expect to come home real soon. Wishing a Merry Christmas to all. Your loving son, Harry."
