RECOVERED STOLEN CAR

"Cotton" Albee was arrested at his home in this city Saturday evening by sheriff Fulton and nightwatch Smith and placed in jail being held on advice from Omaha, where he was wanted for stealing a Ford car on the night of March 30th. Albee recently returned to Leon with a Ford car, and C.H. Van Dusen, an Omaha detective came Sunday morning and identified the car as the one stolen, and left the same morning with Albee and the car for Omaha. Albee claimed to have bought the car from a man named Albin, and exhibited a bill of sale, but the authorities have not learned whether a man named Albin has been located.
