A Remarkable Family Reunion.

The death of Geo. W. Wells, of near DeKalb, last week, brought together for the first time in their lives all of his children, the eldest being 56 years old and the youngest 32. Of course the children had seen each other at different times, but never before had the entire family been together, the eldest having left home before the youngest was born. Together with their aged mother [Elizabeth A. (Crigger) Wells] they came to Leon Saturday and had a fine group picture taken by Lloyd M. Smith. The children of this remarkable family are: Uriah Wells, Laverne, Oklahoma; G. W. Wells, Pleasanton, Neb.; Mrs. Mary Miller, Decatur, Iowa; Sam Wells, Laverne, Oklahoma; Jenk Wells, Decatur, Iowa; Mrs. Sarah Pomeroulie, St. Joe, Mo.; H. A. Wells, Decatur, Iowa; Mrs. Kittie Kelley, Decatur, Iowa.
