LOUIS MOFFET and JESSIE MAY MOREY were married at the home of the bride’s parent in Pleasanton Tuesday evening, May 2, 1905, Rev. CAMPBELL officiating. The wedding march was played by ETHEL BIRCH. The parties took their position under the canopy prepared for the occasion. The bride looked beautiful in white silk and carried lemon blossoms.

After the congratulations a six-course dinner was served to seventy-five invited guests. The presents were many and elaborate.

Visitors from a distance were: D. KEOWN and family of Lamoni, Mr. SMITH and wife, Mr. W INLAND and wife and Mr. HUMPHREY, all of Humeston. The newly married couple will be at home in their newly furnished residence in Humeston after May 20th. The groom has a lucrative position as a bookkeeper in the Humeston creamery.
