Ryan ~ Ridgeway.

_______

On Wednesday evening, Dec. 27, at the Leon Brethren church Miss Lelah Ryan and Mr. Ralph Ridgeway were united in marriage by Rev. G. R. Ronk in the presence of about a hundred and twenty-five guests. The church was beautifully decorated by the Sisterhood girls, to which organization Miss Ryan belonged.

The bridal party proceeded up the aisle to the strains of Mendelssohn's wedding march, played by Miss Myrtle Newlin. The bride and the groom were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Ryan as best man and matron of honor. After the ceremony a reception in honor of the bridal pair was given at the home of Rev. and Mrs. Ronk, by the Sisterhood girls. About fifty young people were in attendance and light refreshments were served. An hour later a reception was given to the relatives by the bride's mother, Mrs. I. O. Ryan. Many beautiful presents were received by the bride. A most pleasant evening was spent, at the close of which, delicious refreshments were served.

Mr. and Mrs. Ridgeway will make their home on the Buell farm north of Leon.
